Okay. I have had my TB/Australian riding pony mare, Lexie for just nine days. So far she's going really well. I have ridden her six times. It's only made itself noticable with his new summer coat, it seems, since all winter with the same saddle/pad there was no marks, but I remember him having rub marks last summer ( Read more... )

Okay all, To Blanket or Not To Blanket in the winter. The particular situation is a horse in a solo paddock, with a half-shelter (more like a windbreak with 3 sides).
